内容简介
本书从车站组织非正常接发列车程序出发,结合现场设备实际情况,将接发列车过程中可能出现的故障,按照接车和发车两个方面进行操作程序介绍,并对行车组织过程中出现的列车运行条件变化情况下如何组织行车进行说明。
本书体例规范,结构安排合理,以表格的形式将涉及的工种以及作业程序进行详细罗列,对现场使用率较高的调度命令等内容进行汇总,便于指导现场作业人员在非正常情况下接发列车,有利于提高非正常情况下作业组织的标准化能力,提升非正常情况下作业组织安全性。
